Today was a busy day.  It started out slow, but by the afternoon I was all amped up on caffiene and really got going.   Heres what happened. 

Added a drawer front to the sink.  Couldnt add the second one because it's being fixed.

 Painted a couple of the fixed drawer fronts.

Fixed the other half of the one for the sink.

Put up the new cabinets with Ryan.   Dad helped me bring them over.

Some more repair work on this wall - should be ready for paint tomorrow.

 Ryan made a nice cover for the pipes behind the shower.

I did some more repair work on the wall on the side of the tub.

Painted the trim by the closet.

Painted more trim.  Mostly the doorway to the master, the doorway to the master closet, and some floor trim.

Put in one vent pipe.

Put in a second vent pipe.

Fire ext.

Scapped the paint off the glass on the doorway.   This doorway was painted the other day and this is the first pic of what it's going to look like.   We also added some stained glass effect to the top portion.

Added a striker plate on the upstairs door.  Fixed the knob/latch so its tight.   Took out all 6 hinge screws and replaced with much longer screws so door shuts effortlessly and latches and opens just like a door should.

Installed glass in the door.   Its about 1cm too short, but have figured out a way to fix it.










Ryan patched holes I had made.

Ryan and I sawzalled out the pipe that was here and we patched up the hole.   Turns out it was a pipe for the old steam system.

Fireproofed the wall.

Added the latch to keep the window open.

Reinstalled the bathroom door and got it to work well.

Painted the trim around the new window.

I even did the dishes.   :)
